Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All returns or exchanges must be done within 45 days of purchase, must be in original packaging and in new, resalable condition. Shipping is none refundable and return shipping will be the expense of the buyer.

All clearance items are a final sale.

 

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once the item has been received by our store it may take up to 3-4 business days for us to confirm the condition of the item and process your refund. After confirmed it may take 10-14 business days to show in your account depending on your financial institution.

 

Can I return or exchange my footwear if worn outside or I am missing the original packaging?

No. We require all footwear to be in original packing and new, resalable condition.

 

What if my item is defective?

As in store all our products do come with a 1 year manufactures defect from date of purchase. In the event of a manufactures defect please contact at customerservice@fosters-shoes.com with pictures as well as a description of the defect.
