Insurance Claims

We have certified pedorthists on staff that are specifically trained in the assessment of the lower foot and limb anatomy, designing, manufacturing, and fitting custom-made orthoses, as well as footwear modifications (shoe lifts, flares, buttress, etc.) based on a doctor’s prescription/referral. Custom-made orthoses and shoe modifications are typically a claimable expense through medical insurance, though that is dependent on each plan.

We do not have the capability to direct bill to insurance companies and do recommend you investigate your individual plan to see if your specific request is covered.

We are an approved provider for RCMP, Veterans Affairs, Canadian Armed Forces, NIHB, WCB, Social Services and Supplementary Health.
